• Activating and managing Microsoft Commercial Marketplace subscriptions and entitlements
• Authenticating users and controlling access to Pramix services
• Processing customer requests, prompts, instructions, and workflows
• Providing technical support, onboarding, and enterprise implementation assistance
• Monitoring service availability, performance, reliability, security, and usage

When a customer obtains a Pramix product through Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, information may be exchanged with Microsoft as necessary to process, activate, administer, meter, modify, renew, suspend, or terminate the applicable subscription and to support marketplace operations.
C. Service Providers and Professional Advisers
We may disclose information to vendors, contractors, consultants, auditors, accountants, attorneys, and other professional advisers where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, technical, legal, security, or compliance purposes.
D. Customer-Authorized Integrations
Where a customer connects Pramix services with third-party applications, enterprise systems, cloud platforms, databases, or other services, information may be exchanged with those systems as directed or authorized by the customer.
E. Legal and Regulatory Requirements
We may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, governmental request, or to protect the rights, security, property, or safety of Pramix, our customers, users, or others.

Pramix AI Inc. retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate our products and services, administer customer relationships and subscriptions, satisfy contractual obligations, maintain security and audit records, comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and resolve disputes.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the Pramix product or service involved, the customer's contractual arrangements, applicable marketplace requirements, and legal or regulatory obligations.
For subscriptions obtained through Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, Pramix may retain subscription, entitlement, transaction, provisioning, metering, lifecycle, and audit information as reasonably necessary to administer the subscription and maintain appropriate business and compliance records.
When information is no longer reasonably required, Pramix may delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal, contractual, backup, archival, security, and compliance requirements.
Customer data associated with a particular Pramix service may also be subject to product-specific or contractual retention provisions.

Depending on the Pramix product and the customer's configuration, these systems may process prompts, instructions, documents, operational data, business information, technical information, sensor data, system events, or other information provided or authorized by the customer.
Pramix may use artificial intelligence and automated processing to provide analysis, recommendations, predictions, classifications, optimization, workflow assistance, anomaly detection, decision support, and other product functionality.
Outputs generated by artificial intelligence or automated systems may be probabilistic and may contain errors, uncertainties, or incomplete information. Customers should apply appropriate human judgment, review, and validation before relying on AI-generated outputs for material business, financial, operational, engineering, safety, legal, medical, or other consequential decisions.
Where Pramix uses third-party artificial intelligence or model providers to support a service, information may be transmitted to those providers as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable functionality and subject to applicable contractual, security, privacy, and data-protection arrangements.
Pramix does not represent that artificial intelligence outputs are infallible, deterministic, or suitable for every purpose. The appropriate use of AI-generated information depends on the particular product, use case, customer configuration, applicable contractual terms, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
Where required by applicable law, Pramix will provide appropriate information concerning automated processing and will support applicable rights relating to personal information and automated decision-making.
